Infuse 1-2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 minutes. Best taken before bedtime. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Best consumed without milk.

I have this tea every night. Its name says it all “Sleep Welle Calming tea”, it gets me really relaxed for a great nights sleep!
I have a cup of this tea most nights and suddenly I’m so sleepy about half way thru. It taste really good too!
This was a slow starter but after changing my lifestyle to make sure I am in bed to allow myself maximum detox and recovery time for my body I find this tea ensures I have a deep restful sleep. I really do notice when I don't have it before bed. Highly recommended.
This tea is excellent and is actually very relaxing - good to have beore bed
Doesn’t put you to sleep instantly or anything like that. But it does calm you down and definitely gets you into REM sleep easier and for longer. But make sure to drink it about 20-30 min before bed. Or even 2 cups of you suffer from an anxiety disorder.
