The Goddess Elixir

Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage. 

We recommend taking the capsules in the morning with breakfast. To help the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins we suggest taking the capsules alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds or olive oil.
