Keep It
This is a great podcast that dissects important and not-so-important pop-culture news and how it intersects with the world of politics.

One of the most detailed true crime podcasts that I’ve come across with a variety of different cases told through suspenseful narration.

Dedicated to a myriad of topics including psychology, science, history and little-known trivia about our world, it’s super easy to listen to and very insightful.

TBD with Tina Brown
I love Tina Brown, the iconic editor of Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and The Daily Beast, and was so excited to discover her podcastThis is a fascinating and super informative series featuring guests like Laura Wasser (Hollywood’s go-to divorce lawyer), actresses Allison Janney and Margot Robbie, and the always interesting Hillary Clinton.

The Rewatchables
The team re-watch and review movies and TV shows from when they were young (ranging from the 1980s to the 2000s) in a humorous way. It’s great nostalgia and interesting to see how our thoughts have changed over time.

An interesting review of hiking trails throughout Australia with interviews with adventurers and experts in ecology, conservation and environmental policy.

The Doctor’s Farmacy with Dr Mark Hyman

I enjoy listening to this podcast with its focus on functional medicine (which is something I strongly believe in) and Dr Hyman’s knowledgeable, compassionate approach. He does interesting interviews with a range of experts on everything from gut health, meditation, immune system, good sleep hygiene, mental health, spirituality in all its guises, and chronic disease.

Let it Out with Katie Dalebout

A fascinating podcast with a focus on mental health, feelings, personal growth, spirits, relationships, wellness and love – most things that anyone can relate to and coming from different and often quirky but always down-to-earth perspectives. I love it for its alternative, open thinking approach. Katie is honest and real and gives space for her guests to open up.
