Smoothie making is a great way for for kids to experiment with creating their own recipes. We're currently loving this Super Kids slurp from Hippie Lane aka Taline Gabriel...
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp peanut butter
1 cup (250ml) rice or almond milk
2 ice cubes
1 scoop of SUPER ELIXIR Super Kids Nourishing Protein
Whizz all ingredients in blender.
Serve in glasses with extra peanut butter and granola.
