“Male libidos can be thrown off by a number of different factors,” Vanessa says. “Most people think that men have stronger libidos or falsely assume that all men have a constantly high sex drive, and this perception can weigh heavily on men who may feel that their libido is lagging behind.

In reality, all men have a differing libido and that is perfectly normal, and every man can improve his libido if he chooses to. In my experience, the bottom line is that if your sex life is important to you, then you'll have to work on maintaining your libido throughout the course of your life by keeping those five foundations in balance.”
