    DOUBLE CHOCOLATE AND ACAI TRUFFLES

    These delicious Double Chocolate and Acai Truffles will tantalise his tastebuds and boost his libido.

    FILLING

    2 x WelleCo Super Boosters Men’s Libido + Endurance

    1/2 cup coconut oil

    1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

    1/4 cup maple syrup

    1 cup cacao powder, sieved

    7 teaspoons cold filtered water, placed into a small pouring jug

    COATING

    250g dairy free chocolate

    1 teaspoon coconut oil

    Cacao nibs to top (if desired)

    To make the filling, melt the coconut oil over low heat in a small saucepan, transfer into a medium mixing bowl.

    Add the maple syrup and salt and whisk until evenly combined with the coconut oil.

    Add the cacao and Super Boosters and whisk constantly then slowly pour in the cold water at the same time.

    Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for an hour until firm or thirty minutes in the freezer.

    Remove the filling mixture from the fridge, it should be firm but still workable. Scoop heaped tablespoon amounts of the mixture and shape into round truffles by rolling with your hands. Place on a tray lined with baking parchment. Repeat with remaining mixture. Place into the fridge while you prepare the coating.

    Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan filled 1/3 with water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in the bowl. Melt and then whisk in the teaspoon of coconut oil. Allow to cool slightly.

    Remove the truffles from the fridge. Using two forks dip each truffle into the melted chocolate. Allow excess to run off back into the bowl and then place the truffle back onto the baking parchment. Sprinkle the top of each with a few cacao nibs and refrigerate again until set.
