Our Big Berry Ice-Cream has all the deliciousness of a decadent and gooey dessert but is packed with essential nutrients for good inner health and real beauty benefits.
3 cans coconut milk (400ml each)
1 ½ cups blueberries
2 tablespoons beet powder
The night before, put the cans of coconut milk in the freezer, so the coconut cream part condenses on top.
Add the cream part (leave the liquid in the cans) into a blender, with the protein, blueberries, and beet powder. Blend until completely emulsified (approx. 5 min).
Pour into a loaf pan, freeze for 5-6 hours and serve.
